About IPTV Reseller Panel: Ownership, Data Sources & Methodology
What this site is, who operates it, where every number comes from, and how to verify any claim on a trial line before you spend a credit.
Who runs this site
IPTV Reseller Panel is operated by the wholesale onboarding desk that serves the 29 partner networks listed in the directory. When you request a reseller panel through this site we may receive a referral commission from the network you choose. We say so on every page footer because an undisclosed relationship would make the reviews worthless to you.
Where the numbers come from
Every provider figure on this site (rating, review count, advertised uptime, simultaneous connections, trial length, wholesale credit price, recommended retail price, payment gateways, regional latency, bouquet and VOD groups) is the value the network publishes in its directory record. We do not invent measurements. Streaming specifications (HEVC Main 10, 18.5 Mbps UHD, E-AC-3 448 kbps, LL-HLS 0.5 s parts) are standards-based reference targets cited to IETF, ITU-T, ISO/IEC, AOMedia and platform documentation. Device specifications come from manufacturer documentation. Time zones use the IANA database; regulators and broadband indices link to the official bodies.
How the review lenses work
Each network has ten review lenses. A lens states the published facts for that dimension, explains the engineering behind it, and gives the exact steps to verify it yourself on the free trial line (for example polling player_api.php for availability, reading the HLS master manifest for true resolution and frame rate, or counting decoded-frame gaps during a peak sports window). Panels that look like packet captures or ping tests on this site are labelled simulations: they teach what the real tool shows, they do not measure the network.
Editorial policy
Pages carry a dateModified value in their structured data and are regenerated from the datasets whenever a provider record changes. Corrections: if a published figure is wrong or a network changes its pricing, use the contact desk and we update the record and every page that renders it. We do not accept payment for rankings; the Best IPTV ranking is computed from the published rating and uptime fields.
What we do not do
We do not link to or cite other IPTV reseller websites. We do not host user reviews, so we do not publish aggregate star ratings in structured data. We do not scrape provider channel lists; counts are the values the networks publish.
Common Questions
How are reseller credits priced and how is the margin calculated?
Credits are bought in tiers: $3.00 each at 50 credits, $2.20 at 100, $1.80 at 250, and $1.40 at 500+. One credit creates a 1-month line that retails for $10-$15. At the Pro tier (100 credits for $220) sold at $12/month, gross revenue is $1,200 and net profit is $980, a 445% return on the credit purchase.
Do providers offer a free trial and how long does activation take?
Every network in this directory issues 24-hour trial lines from the reseller panel. Activation is instant: the panel writes the line to the Xtream database and the player can authenticate within 10 seconds. Trial lines are usually limited to 1 connection and exclude PPV bouquets.
How do I know if my ISP is throttling IPTV streams, and how do I stop it?
Run a speed test on the same device while a stream buffers. If raw throughput is above 25 Mbps but the player reports a bitrate below 8 Mbps, your ISP is applying traffic shaping to the stream flow, usually triggered by deep packet inspection of the TLS SNI or by sustained UDP/TCP flows to known hosting ASNs. Stop it by routing the player through a WireGuard tunnel (which hides destination and SNI inside ChaCha20-Poly1305 encryption), switching DNS to 1.1.1.1 over HTTPS, and keeping a 5,000 ms player buffer so short shaping bursts never reach the decoder.
How does multi-screen concurrency work and what happens if I exceed max_connections?
The Xtream Codes player_api.php handshake returns max_connections and active_cons. Each live or VOD stream request opens one session counted against that limit; a second TV, phone, or multi-view tile is a second connection. When active_cons would exceed max_connections, the server answers the new stream request with HTTP 403 / 458 and the player shows "max connections reached". Resellers should sell lines with 2-5 connections for households and enable IP-lock only for single-device subscribers.
How far behind live are IPTV sports streams and can latency be reduced?
Standard HLS with 4-second segments and a 3-segment player window sits 12-18 seconds behind the broadcast. Low-Latency HLS with 0.5-second partial segments brings glass-to-glass delay to about 3.8 seconds, and raw MPEG-TS over HTTP (.ts output format) is typically 5-7 seconds behind. Choose the .ts output format in your player for live sports and reserve .m3u8 for VOD and catch-up.
