IPTV Reseller Panel Guide 2026: Credits, Margins & Setup

A reseller panel is the web dashboard where you create subscriber lines, issue 24-hour trials, renew customers and manage sub-resellers. You buy credits wholesale (one credit funds one subscriber month on one connection), retail lines at $10 to $15 per month, and keep the margin. This guide covers the published credit tiers, the economics, chargeback practice, sub-reseller commissions and the exact steps to get started.

Reseller Economics & Margin Model

1 credit = 1 subscriber line for 1 month on 1 connection. Multi-month lines consume credits linearly (12 credits = 12 months), and most panels discount annual lines to 10 credits.

Credit TierBuy-InWholesale / CreditRetail / MonthNet per LineROI on Credits
Starter 50 credits ($150.00) $3.00 $12.00 +$9.00 300%
Pro 100 credits ($220.00) $2.20 $12.00 +$9.80 445%
Master 250 credits ($450.00) $1.80 $12.00 +$10.20 567%
Distributor 500 credits ($700.00) $1.40 $12.00 +$10.60 757%

Chargeback Mitigation

  • Collect payment through crypto (USDT TRC-20), bank transfer, or wallets with no buyer-dispute window for first-month orders; move trusted renewals to card processors only after 2 clean cycles.
  • Issue a 24-hour trial line before every sale and log the trial activation timestamp. The trial record is your evidence that the service was delivered as described.
  • Use descriptive billing descriptors (e.g., "TV Guide Service") and send a receipt with the exact line expiry date so "unrecognized charge" disputes are rejected.
  • Cap first-month purchases at 1 connection and keep a 15% rolling reserve of monthly revenue to absorb the industry-average 1.2% chargeback ratio without cash-flow stress.

How to Start in Five Steps

  1. 1Pick a network from the directory whose published bouquets match your market (sports, regional languages, VOD) and whose regional latency is lowest for your customers.
  2. 2Request panel access through the wholesale desk; most networks activate the panel the same day and sell credits through crypto, cards, PayPal, Wise or Revolut.
  3. 3Issue 24-hour trial lines to every prospect, record the activation timestamp, and convert only after the trial plays cleanly on the customer's device.
  4. 4Send an onboarding message with the Xtream Codes login, the recommended player for the device and the buffer / DNS settings from our device guides.
  5. 5Scale with sub-reseller panels: buy at the Master or Distributor tier, resell credits at $2.20 to $2.60, and automate agent commissions.

Reseller FAQ

How are reseller credits priced and how is the margin calculated?

Credits are bought in tiers: $3.00 each at 50 credits, $2.20 at 100, $1.80 at 250, and $1.40 at 500+. One credit creates a 1-month line that retails for $10-$15. At the Pro tier (100 credits for $220) sold at $12/month, gross revenue is $1,200 and net profit is $980, a 445% return on the credit purchase.

Do providers offer a free trial and how long does activation take?

Every network in this directory issues 24-hour trial lines from the reseller panel. Activation is instant: the panel writes the line to the Xtream database and the player can authenticate within 10 seconds. Trial lines are usually limited to 1 connection and exclude PPV bouquets.

How does multi-screen concurrency work and what happens if I exceed max_connections?

The Xtream Codes player_api.php handshake returns max_connections and active_cons. Each live or VOD stream request opens one session counted against that limit; a second TV, phone, or multi-view tile is a second connection. When active_cons would exceed max_connections, the server answers the new stream request with HTTP 403 / 458 and the player shows "max connections reached". Resellers should sell lines with 2-5 connections for households and enable IP-lock only for single-device subscribers.

What is the difference between Xtream Codes API, M3U URL, and Stalker Portal login?

All three deliver the same channels. Xtream Codes API uses player_api.php JSON endpoints so the player lazy-loads categories and EPG in seconds. An M3U URL (get.php) downloads a single text playlist of every stream, which is slow with 45,000 channels but works on any player. Stalker Portal authenticates by MAC address through a /c/ portal URL and is used by MAG receivers and some Smart TV apps.

What is device MAC address binding and why does my MAG box or Smart TV app ask for it?

Stalker / Ministra middleware authenticates a set-top box by its 48-bit MAC address (MAG boxes use the 00:1A:79 OUI prefix) instead of a username and password. The reseller panel binds that MAC to a subscription line; apps such as IBO Player and Smarters on Samsung or LG TVs generate a virtual MAC that must be registered the same way. If you replace the device, the panel must re-bind the new MAC or the portal returns an "unregistered device" error.

How do I know if my ISP is throttling IPTV streams, and how do I stop it?

Run a speed test on the same device while a stream buffers. If raw throughput is above 25 Mbps but the player reports a bitrate below 8 Mbps, your ISP is applying traffic shaping to the stream flow, usually triggered by deep packet inspection of the TLS SNI or by sustained UDP/TCP flows to known hosting ASNs. Stop it by routing the player through a WireGuard tunnel (which hides destination and SNI inside ChaCha20-Poly1305 encryption), switching DNS to 1.1.1.1 over HTTPS, and keeping a 5,000 ms player buffer so short shaping bursts never reach the decoder.
