Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Effective date: 8 October 2026. This page describes how IPTV Reseller Panel handles personal data across the hub and its 29 partner directory listings.

Who we are

IPTV Reseller Panel (iptvresellerpanel8k.com) is an editorial directory and reseller onboarding desk for IPTV networks. This policy explains what data the site collects, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

Data you give us

The contact and reseller request forms collect the fields you type: name, email address, WhatsApp or Telegram contact, provider of interest, credit volume and your message. We use them only to respond to your request and to arrange reseller panel access with the network you select.

Data collected automatically

Our servers write a standard access log for each request (timestamp, IP address, requested URL, status code, response time and user agent) for security monitoring and capacity planning. Logs are rotated and are not sold or shared. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies; the only client-side storage is the player buffer and widget state kept in your own browser.

Third-party services

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from cdnjs (Cloudflare); those providers receive your IP address when the assets are fetched. Contact buttons open WhatsApp or Telegram in a new window; anything you send there is governed by those platforms. External links to standards bodies, manufacturers, regulators and sports governing bodies are provided for reference only.

Retention

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to complete your onboarding and for a maximum of 24 months, then deleted. Access logs are retained for 90 days.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for correction, or ask for deletion at any time through the contact page. Residents of the EU, UK, California and other jurisdictions with privacy legislation can exercise the rights granted by their local law; we respond within 30 days.

Changes

This policy is versioned with the site. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date.

Service FAQ

How are reseller credits priced and how is the margin calculated?

Credits are bought in tiers: $3.00 each at 50 credits, $2.20 at 100, $1.80 at 250, and $1.40 at 500+. One credit creates a 1-month line that retails for $10-$15. At the Pro tier (100 credits for $220) sold at $12/month, gross revenue is $1,200 and net profit is $980, a 445% return on the credit purchase.

Do providers offer a free trial and how long does activation take?

Every network in this directory issues 24-hour trial lines from the reseller panel. Activation is instant: the panel writes the line to the Xtream database and the player can authenticate within 10 seconds. Trial lines are usually limited to 1 connection and exclude PPV bouquets.

What is device MAC address binding and why does my MAG box or Smart TV app ask for it?

Stalker / Ministra middleware authenticates a set-top box by its 48-bit MAC address (MAG boxes use the 00:1A:79 OUI prefix) instead of a username and password. The reseller panel binds that MAC to a subscription line; apps such as IBO Player and Smarters on Samsung or LG TVs generate a virtual MAC that must be registered the same way. If you replace the device, the panel must re-bind the new MAC or the portal returns an "unregistered device" error.

How does multi-screen concurrency work and what happens if I exceed max_connections?

The Xtream Codes player_api.php handshake returns max_connections and active_cons. Each live or VOD stream request opens one session counted against that limit; a second TV, phone, or multi-view tile is a second connection. When active_cons would exceed max_connections, the server answers the new stream request with HTTP 403 / 458 and the player shows "max connections reached". Resellers should sell lines with 2-5 connections for households and enable IP-lock only for single-device subscribers.

How do I know if my ISP is throttling IPTV streams, and how do I stop it?

Run a speed test on the same device while a stream buffers. If raw throughput is above 25 Mbps but the player reports a bitrate below 8 Mbps, your ISP is applying traffic shaping to the stream flow, usually triggered by deep packet inspection of the TLS SNI or by sustained UDP/TCP flows to known hosting ASNs. Stop it by routing the player through a WireGuard tunnel (which hides destination and SNI inside ChaCha20-Poly1305 encryption), switching DNS to 1.1.1.1 over HTTPS, and keeping a 5,000 ms player buffer so short shaping bursts never reach the decoder.
