Which plan to choose
- Solo viewer on one screen: the entry plan; 3 simultaneous streams are more than one person needs.
- Family with several TVs: check the stream limit (3) and recording (Unlimited, saved 1 year); upgrade only if the entry plan caps you.
- Sports fan: confirm the rights you want (None (no ESPN, no regional sports networks)) are in the tier before paying; add-on packs are often cheaper than the top tier.
- 4K household: this service does not stream in 4K, so do not pay for a higher tier expecting it.
Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling
Plan changes take effect at the next billing date, with upgrades sometimes applied immediately and prorated. None applies to cancellation: monthly plans end at the period end; term plans run to the end of the term. Settings, recordings and profiles survive a downgrade on most services.
