Which plan to choose
- Solo viewer on one screen: the entry plan; 1 simultaneous streams are more than one person needs.
- Family with several TVs: check the stream limit (1) and recording (Playlist (cloud) instead of recordings); upgrade only if the entry plan caps you.
- Sports fan: confirm the rights you want (Premier League (Sky), EFL) are in the tier before paying; add-on packs are often cheaper than the top tier.
- 4K household: 4K is available; check whether it is included or an add-on in the table.
Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling
Plan changes take effect at the next billing date, with upgrades sometimes applied immediately and prorated. 31-day rolling or 24 months applies to cancellation: monthly plans end at the period end; term plans run to the end of the term. Settings, recordings and profiles survive a downgrade on most services.
